Reservations at LORE CLINIC can be made through one of the following methods:
- Official LINE account
- Online booking
For appointment changes or cancellations, please complete the procedure through our official LINE account or the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
For other inquiries, please contact us through our official LINE account or the inquiry form on our website.
Please note that our staff may use translation tools when assisting patients in English.
Cancellation Policy
Please make any cancellations or changes to your appointment by 11:00 PM on the day before your appointment.
If you are more than 30 minutes late on the day of your appointment, request a same-day time change, or cancel on the same day, a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen will be charged.
In the case of a no-show without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 11,000 yen will be charged.

If you decide not to receive treatment on the day of your appointment after consultation, a consultation fee of 5,500 yen will be charged.
We kindly ask that you schedule your appointment with enough time to arrive comfortably.
