How early should I arrive before my appointment?

Please arrive around 0 to 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

There is no need to arrive much earlier than your appointment.

Can I book multiple treatments on the same day?

Depending on the treatments, it may be possible to receive multiple procedures on the same day.

If you have a specific request, please write it in the remarks section when making your reservation.

Can I receive counseling and treatment on the same day?

Yes, if you book a treatment appointment, same-day counseling and treatment may be possible.

All treatments include a consultation with a doctor.

Is there a cancellation fee?

From March 13, 2026, a fee of ¥5,500 will apply for same-day cancellations or same-day appointment changes. A fee of ¥11,000 will apply for no-shows.

Visiting the Clinic

Do I need to bring anything with me?

There is nothing special you need to bring.

However, we may ask to confirm your identity in some cases, so we recommend bringing a form of identification just in case.

Should I arrive earlier than my appointment time?

Please arrive around 0 to 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
For injectable treatments, you may need to wash your face before the procedure, so we would appreciate it if you arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment.
There is no need to arrive much earlier than your appointment.

What should I do if I am running late?

Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late.

Can I bring my child or someone accompanying me?

Yes, you may.

Children may accompany you as long as they are able to remain still during your treatment. Strollers can also be brought into the treatment room.

Medical loans are not currently available.

Treatment will only proceed after you are fully informed and comfortable with the plan.

Are there any additional fees besides the listed prices?

In principle, there are no additional fees beyond the amount explained in advance or listed on our website.

If any additional cost is required, we will always explain it beforehand.

Do you offer insurance-covered medical treatment?

LORE CLINIC mainly provides self-paid cosmetic dermatology treatments.

In principle, we do not provide insurance-covered medical care.

Can I receive a receipt?

Yes. We issue receipts after payment. LORE CLINIC is registered under the invoice system.
